Curaprox’s Toothpaste Enzycal 1450 has a very mild taste and strong action, cleanses without irritation and offers double protection against caries thanks to fluoride and milk proteins.

Milk proteins enhance the antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral activity of saliva.

The enzymes contained in Curaprox’s Toothpaste Enzycal 1450, which make up the lactoperoxidase system that characterizes it, enhance the protection that saliva naturally offers.

In fact, these enzymes are contained in saliva anyway and their role is to stabilize and enhance its antibacterial and anti-plaque activity.

Saliva is very important for oral health. Thanks to its enzymes and minerals, it protects teeth, gums, tongue and mucosa from plaque and bacteria. Saliva, in other words, neutralizes the pH in the oral cavity, fights harmful bacteria (even viruses and fungal infections) and helps prevent oral infections.

Enzymes and minerals and salts such as fluorine ensure that the teeth are protected against tooth decay and the gums are protected against inflammation and therefore periodontitis.
